She is a Certified Senior Account Manager (CSAM) with MRI. Only the top 10% out of 5,000 MRI recruiters are CSAM's. That means she passed a four-hour certification examination covering recruiter and human resource law; recruiting techniques; sales and marketing skills and ethics. Maureen has a Bachelor's Degree with great distinction  from San Jose State University and graduated Phi Kappa Phi , in the top one percent (1%) of her graduating class of over 6,500.

Maureen McCarthy is the Vice President for National Accounts for MRI-Fresno, an MRI franchise that consistently is among MRI’s top 10% nationwide in its class.  Maureen directs the marketing development efforts within a number of industries including construction, banking, mortgage and finance, pharmaceutical and biotechnology, food processing and marketing, information technology and software development and more.
